Pricing FAQ

Is TrackPDF really free?

Yes. Every analytics feature is free, including page-by-page tracking, engaged time, device breakdown, email collection, and the pause and delete controls. The only thing you pay for is keeping a PDF link alive beyond the free 3-day retention window.

What happens when my PDF expires?

The share link stops working and the file is deleted automatically. Anyone who opens the link after expiry sees an expired-document page instead of your PDF.

Can I extend retention more than once?

Yes. The $4 extension adds 30 days per purchase and can be bought repeatedly up to a maximum of 365 days. The $19 option adds a full year in a single one-time purchase.

Is there a subscription or recurring charge?

No. Both extensions are one-time purchases for a single PDF. There is no subscription, no account, and nothing to cancel.

What are the file limits?

PDFs can be up to 50 MB and up to 100 pages. Encrypted or password-protected PDFs are not supported, so remove protection before uploading.
